Manufacture Time Frames/Pickup/Shipping/Measure Ups


We'd like to highlight as a guideline ORDERS Lead Turnaround Time is approximately 4-6 WEEKS, BEFORE Distribution takes place.

Order is ACTIVATED the next business day (Excludes Public Holidays) on CONDITION receipt of payment is viewed/in inbox and monies have cleared in bank account. 

Kyoto Design CANNOT GUARANTEE and state an exact Completion date once the Customer submits the order or at confirmation of payment of the order.

In the event that Kyoto Design may not be able to meet the estimated Delivery/Shipping/Pickup date, Kyoto Design Team will advise you the Customer accordingly as soon as practicable.

The Customer MUST STILL accept Delivery/Shipping/Pickup even if late and Kyoto Design WILL NOT be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses incurred by the Customer as a result of the Delivery/Shipping/Pickup being late.

We weloome you to come by and Pick Up Your Order complimentary- Thursday's -Friday's between 10.30-4.30pm and Saturdays 10.00-1.30pm.

Contact our office (08) 6555 7788 and chat with our ladies to state desired pick up time/day:, so we can have your order ready. 

Please provide your Surname and BC Order Number upon arrival in the Showroom.

Gentle Reminder: Kindly bring your own Padding and Packing Material to protect your New Kyoto Design Pieces while in transit. There are nearby Bunning Stores to pickup any supplies if required.

We are located at : Kyoto Design; Gnangara Showroom; 2/29 Fortitude Boulevard Gnangara WA 6077. 

Look out for the Green Kyoto Design Signs just outside our Property Gate. 

We will gladly STORE/HOLD your Kyoto Design products for a period of 28 calendar days from “Awaiting Pickup” notification .

Please be mindful due to high traffic of orders flowing through our warehouse and storage is limited; after 28 days; for every 7( seven) calendar day BLOCK accrued thererafter; your Goods held in storage/hold will accrue a Holding Storage Fee of $50 AUD per 7 (seven) calendar day BLOCK until you pay Holding Storage Fee in FULL BEFORE release of Goods is passed to you.

If your distribution plans have changed; please contact us at your earliest convenience with written notification to stating Surname and BC Order Number.

We can certainly accommodate you with your request to change distribution route to Delivery/Shipping destination. (Delivery/Freight Charges do apply here)

We deliver on Fridays and a fee of $65 for delivery within 20 kms radius around Perth CBD metro area applies. For all other areas outside this zone we calculate your Shipping/Delivery by weight of goods and Postcode.

You accept and acknowledge when Distribution for Shipping to your AUSTRALIAN DESTINATION occurs, Freight Company Carrier/s are fully responsible for your Goods to be transported with care.

We highly suggest for our Customers take out independent freight insurance BEFORE order is distributed, for peace of mind and assurance. 

A period of 3-7 BUSINESS days for Shipping will take effect. It is your responsibility to track Goods during transit/delivery



As the customer you accept and acknowledge that the supply of Goods for INTERNATIONAL SALES for shipping/delivery timeframes will be within a Delivery time framed period from (1) one, up to (6) six weeks from the completion of Manufacture of Goods before Distribution occurs. This is dependant on choice of international Shipping Route - Air Freight or Sea Freight /Freight Carrier time frames/ variables and where Order is distributed throughout the world.

Kyoto Design are not responsible for delays in Shipment time frames for International Sale Orders by Freight Companies. This is sole responsibility of the Freight Carrier.

It might not be possible for the Seller to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, the Seller will inform the Buyer using the contact details that the Buyer provides to the Seller when the Buyer places the order and arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.

We do highlight that you are responsible to notify us via of all ‘FINAL/ measure up changes’ that will effect Screen Sizing, Framework, Installation and Delivery Variables for Order.

Unfortunately we will NOT take responsibility for late changes with “On Site Measure Up Changes” and a minimum period of 21 (twenty one) calendar days is required OR if time frame is agreed upon between yourself and us in writing; prior to manufacturing Screens and Framework.

As the customer you will be responsible for all extra costs associated with us/our third party changes for Screen, Framework, Installation and Delivery Variables. Completion of the Order by us; will take effect when all EXTRA costs have been paid in full by yourself.
